Raw eggs during workout

I tried raw Eggs during my workout today, actually i was just planning on doing neck like usually but i started drinking raw egg yolks during my training

and my energy just exploded felt way less tired and actually also started doing a full body workout cause i got so much energy

tbh i also drank 5 eggs before the training with butter so yeah but the difference in energy was still noticeable!

just my personal experience !

put raw yolk in my shake yesterday too. now i'm feeling like eating two raw yolks and i'm gonna later.
only issue i got is that its hard for me to swallow.
