bit of a greycel thread but how do I eat raw eggs? is it even worth to eat?

This is such a idiotic question :feelscry: dude you break the egg in a cup or glass cup if u want you can blend it so the yoke and whites are mixed and you drink it

yeah question is i just crack the egg and I just put it in the glass? also how many for a beginner?
Yes and depends on your height and weight. Raw eggs is pretty cope just eat raw liver

Yes but no.

The whites you should cook because they contain avidin which "lessens" the protein by ~40% and block vitamin B7.

But the yolks are good to eat raw. The more you cook them the less nutrition they have

the studies showing that people absorbed protein from cooked eggs better than raw only experiment on people that are new to the raw diet, and since theyre new their body isnt used to eating and digesting raw foods so theyre obviously gonna have a problem digesting it. If those studies were done on people that have been on the raw diet for 1+ year, it would have completely different results
