sup guys, I have been drinking raw milk for a month now (it's just boiled once not pasteurised) and I'm thinking of drinking a raw egg for the first time. what's the right way? and is it safe to do? i saw seperating white bs, chances of salmonella?

cooked eggs are more bioavailable for human consumption. Just boil them- you primal negroids never actually read research it seems

cook the whites dont cook the yolk, but thats long s just eat them (under) cooked

also you boiling ur milk is worse than pasturisation as ur degrading the vitamins and minerals- pasturisation is a milder proccess which is done at less than 100 degrees. You might be the biggest retard on this forum goooooood job goy

if ur boiling it youre just pasturising it but even 'worse' since pasturisation is at lower temps

im not primal, i drink my milk full fat but not raw. The one time i drank raw milk it tasted sour and it was gross, u shouldnt have to forcefeed ur self food.

not boiling- just heating it up to kill the bacteria. Thats what ur also doing, by heating it up in ur pot then cooling it down to drink it bcs i doubt ur drinking 100 degrees milk

salmonella aint relevant just get high quality. The whites i wouldnt do raw, they arent appealing and have antinutrients such as avidin, which reduces protein bioavailability by alot, raw has 50% and cooked has 90%. Also has some biotin blockers
