try this:

1/heat it up by pouring it into a glass and putting that glass in a bowl of hot water
2/add unheated honey to the milk. it helps digest it properly
3/once you get the milk, transfer the milk to glass so it doesn't leach any plastic
4/never drink with meat

Also the cream in raw milk is very detoxifying. Could just be detox
