im 16 similiar to most people in the forum.
Yes, your right eating meat and drinking milk will not change much of most peoples bone structure. It is still possible to see change before 25, even after if you are lucky. Most peoples digestion is bad they barely utilise any of the nutrients in the food they eat, most peoples lymphatic systems are too clogged to even deliver the nutrients to the cells. You have to address these first to see changes, you have to make major lifestyle changes such as cutting out all kinds of toxins and bacteriaphobic chemical exposures from the environment. Bacteria in the lymphatic system digest the nutrients in there even more making it even better for assimilation.
You MUST detoxify if you want to change your bone structure, detoxing removes toxins that alter epigenetic expression, deep tissue toxicity must be removed which means gaining tons of weight (22% bf and higher, higher is better), most people are obsessed with being lean but raw fats store much more compactly than cooked, 22% looks like 10-14% on cooked food. Most peoples bones are dried out and not pliable at all, addressing this is needed for remodelling.

do u think half a galloon of raw milk a day is good coupled with a weekly bath for an 1 hour and 30 at 110 degrees F to melt seed oils

Oysters are pretty good too im trying to eat more of those to detox the heavy metals.

not weekly do it 3-4 times a week. yea thats a good amount of milk, u need more fat tho, u should drink as much cream as possible, have the lube formula with every meal

its kinda nasty I cant used canned cocunt cream since its boiled right?
