No but it has its pros and cons
Pros: More Vitamin B and C, more hydrating and more fat
Cons: Harder to digest the protein and less concentration in Zinc and Iron.

Your body litearlly makes it own enzymes. If your digestion is bad you will get dirahea from raw diet as you cant break it down properly
 
There is no long term data on the subject so we don’t know but I think it’s cope
