Lol yea genetics + i eat alot and how much i want i eat 8 raw eggs daily + 2litre of raw milk + 100g beef liver ground beef 500g maybe some salmon 500g 4x a week i be in the sun if there is i chill in the nature have 0 stress. If you got leaner, you are undereating and in consant calorie deficit. People dont get leaner because they change diet, they got leaner cuz food volume is lower, or activity is higher. And stress has nothing to do with it.
