I eat a lot of raw meat. fresh purchased from my local grocery store. However i was thinking about it, in the nature if you are to catch wild animals and eat them would you need to cook it?
The whole bacteria being bad shit is a lie, but what im thinking about is parasites. Shit like tapeworm or other parasites that can even lead to neurological diseases im pretty sure are common in wild animals and fish, so what do you do about this if you are surviving in the wild other than cook the meat ( which would eliminate parasites but fucks micronutrients and is carcinogenic)
