People on raw low carb diets who start insulting you and argue illogically and dogmatically fo so because they don't have enough energy to fuel their brains and behave in a positive way, and are chronically stressed. My assumption is that they get brainfog and start acting illogically because of mental fatigue/brainfog, which adds upon their already existing stressed-derived irritability. Change my mind.

Carbs are essential feel 10x better and sharper when I eat 300g of carbs

You need protein and fats only eating those only makes u go a long way. Meat, organs, egg yolks. But i still consume carbs as in raw honey and raw dairy like milk and yoghurt

When I was on a zero carb diet my blood sugar was dangerously low that I literally fainted. My mum thought I was dying. Never again
