In the last year or so a prominent figure has emerged into looksmaxxing Goatis. Full of cope and anti scientific opinions he has grown in the eyes of the greys and TikTokcels and with it a new niche Primal/ Natural Looksmaxxing. With his outrageous claims like you would’ve been a 6’6 giga Chad if you’d of just raw meat and being circle jerked by his cult like followers it is now thought of being true especially on the more basic looksmaxxing areas (mostly YT and TT) but his reach has even begun to come here to this forum. Today I will prove why raw meat is cope and in most cases anti scientific and utter nonsense for looksmaxxing.

Bone growth disproved
Let’s go on with a point that many raw meat copers say ‘raw meat will make you grow bones bro’. This is a common point that 99% of raw meat enthusiasts say but it can be easily disproven with this study.

It shows that your development of your skull/ bonemass is already finished before you’re 15 for the most part. This means even if raw meat could increase bonemass it would be useless unless you’re <15.

This is because once your skull bones fuse it’s impossible to grow them.

Now even if you have raw meat through puberty it’s not a guarantee of bones as they are mainly affected by genes (90-95%) ,

Which is why these people who ate raw meat there whole life are boneless and recessed, which should be impossible by Goatis’s logic.

‘Sunscreen won’t age you bro it’s just your diet bro’. This is a comedic cope that some retarded primal diet ‘looksmaxxers’ are promoting. And it’s just entirely anti science.

Well to start off the sun is harmful because it produces harmful UV rays which can’t be blocked effectively unless you use sunscreen.

These UV rays have been PROVEN to rapidly age the skin.

Then a usual response from a primal diet copers is that removing linoleic acid (seed oils) would stop the sun damage. Some studies prove that they can worsen sun damage minimally but some show that it does the opposite and conflict

A kcal is the chemical energy stored in food. Yes a calorie is technically a measure of the amount of energy required to heat a gram of water of 1 degree Celsius. But in food it’s potential energy that can transform into another type of energy when we break it down. For those who don’t get it think of a loudspeaker , we put in electrical energy and it produces sound. A kcal is like that, we take in potential energy (through consuming food) and can use it to produce other forms of energy like kinetic (movement) through the law of conservation of energy. This is fucking basic biology and physics that these low iq primal people forget to add or they are just too stupid to know.

Another thing they’ll say is “calories aren’t accurate”. Yes this statement is somewhat true but is entirely overblown. Yes technically foods can be 20% over there calorie label but they just do this to prevent people suing them. Most studies agree on an around 4% higher than the stated value


This means if you consumed 2000 kcal you’d actually consume 2040 calories instead 😱. In all seriousness this will make minimal to no difference. There’s a reason why bodybuilders (and us as a society) have been using the kcal system for so long. It’s because it works pretty darn good.

And if you’re still not convinced that kcal are accurate let’s take a look at Face IQ the self proclaimed “debloat” master who eats over 3000 kcal daily to a random gymcel who counts his calories

Hair Loss
Another retarded take from these primal copers is that eating this way will somehow cure hairloss 🤣. The theory goes that if you are nutrient deficient then you will lose hair, which is true. And if you are nutrient sufficient then you’ll keep your hair. Though this theory does hold some truth it has many holes. First of all most people get sufficient nutrition to counter the hair loss from nutrient deficiency. And if they didn’t it would be an easy fix of adding a couple eggs to there diet to fix it and they wouldn’t need to go full primal to. Another thing that primal diet enthusiast forget to add is DHT effects on hair. Every man will suffer from some kind of Androgenic Alopecia, the amount of hairloss experienced from this is mostly due to genetics. The main hormone that affects this is DHT. This phase is the main cause of male pattern baldness.

Raw primal doesn’t decrease DHT so they won’t be able to fix this.

Also this would contradict the point that raw primal diet improves hormones. This is because if it was true then it would increase DHT which would make hair loss worse. So raw meat enthusiasts have to choose whether raw primal increases hormones and worsens hairloss or has no effect on hormones and improves hair loss. (Or neither 😂). Cholesterol is a substance that has many important roles in the body. This is generally accepted but where the primal diet copers differ on is that they think high levels of cholesterol is actually beneficial 😂. Like a lot of there claims it has zero scientific backing. I think there main argument is that it increases testosterone and the negatives are a myth and blame seed oils or something 😂. Again this is not backed up by any real science and the opposition (anti high cholesterol side) has countless meta studies proving there point.

I was arguing with someone about the whole kcal thing and how they 'arent real'
and they genuinely made the argument that

A kcal is the chemical energy stored in food. Yes a calorie is technically a measure of the amount of energy required to heat a gram of water of 1 degree Celsius. Another thing they’ll say is “calories aren’t accurate”. Yes this statement is somewhat true but is entirely overblown. Yes technically foods can be 20% over there calorie label but they just do this to prevent people suing them. Most studies agree on an around 4% higher than the stated value


This means if you consumed 2000 kcal you’d actually consume 2040 calories instead 😱. In all seriousness this will make minimal to no difference. There’s a reason why bodybuilders (and us as a society) have been using the kcal system for so long. It’s because it works pretty darn good.

Hair Loss
Another retarded take from these primal copers is that eating this way will somehow cure hairloss 🤣. The theory goes that if you are nutrient deficient then you will lose hair, which is true. And if you are nutrient sufficient then you’ll keep your hair. Though this theory does hold some truth it has many holes. First of all most people get sufficient nutrition to counter the hair loss from nutrient deficiency. And if they didn’t it would be an easy fix of adding a couple eggs to there diet to fix it and they wouldn’t need to go full primal to. Another thing that primal diet enthusiast forget to add is DHT effects on hair. Every man will suffer from some kind of Androgenic Alopecia, the amount of hairloss experienced from this is mostly due to genetics. The main hormone that affects this is DHT. This phase is the main cause of male pattern baldness.

Raw primal doesn’t decrease DHT so they won’t be able to fix this.

Also this would contradict the point that raw primal diet improves hormones. This is because if it was true then it would increase DHT which would make hair loss worse. So raw meat enthusiasts have to choose whether raw primal increases hormones and worsens hairloss or has no effect on hormones and improves hair loss. (Or neither 😂). Inb4 DHT affecting hairloss isn’t real and made up by the elites because Goatis said so.

Cholesterol
Cholesterol is a substance that has many important roles in the body. This is generally accepted but where the primal diet copers differ on is that they think high levels of cholesterol is actually beneficial 😂. Like a lot of there claims it has zero scientific backing. I think there main argument is that it increases testosterone and the negatives are a myth and blame seed oils or something 😂. Again this is not backed up by any real science and the opposition (anti high cholesterol side) has countless meta studies proving there point.

With his outrageous claims like you would’ve been a 6’6 giga Chad if you’d of just raw meat and being circle jerked by his cult like followers it is now thought of being true especially on the more basic looksmaxxing areas (mostly YT and TT) but his reach has even begun to come here to this forum. Today I will prove why raw meat is cope and in most cases anti scientific and utter nonsense for looksmaxxing.

Bone growth disproved
Let’s go on with a point that many raw meat copers say ‘raw meat will make you grow bones bro’. This is a common point that 99% of raw meat enthusiasts say but it can be easily disproven with this study.

It shows that your development of your skull/ bonemass is already finished before you’re 15 for the most part. This means even if raw meat could increase bonemass it would be useless unless you’re <15.

This is because once your skull bones fuse it’s impossible to grow them.

Now even if you have raw meat through puberty it’s not a guarantee of bones as they are mainly affected by genes (90-95%) ,

Which is why these people who ate raw meat there whole life are boneless and recessed, which should be impossible by Goatis’s logic.

Well to start off the sun is harmful because it produces harmful UV rays which can’t be blocked effectively unless you use sunscreen.

These UV rays have been PROVEN to rapidly age the skin.



Then a usual response from a primal diet copers is that removing linoleic acid (seed oils) would stop the sun damage. Some studies prove that they can worsen sun damage minimally but some show that it does the opposite and conflict
