Raw milk and my friend's auto-immune disease

Before you read: I have drank a few gallons of raw milk over the past few years (not more than 20) and I got it from the same place as my friend. We've consumed the same milk from the same cows so what happened to him doesn't mean it will happen to you (I've been perfectly fine)

My friend was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome a few months back and spent a few weeks recovering. He couldn't walk (could barely move his arms) and had difficulty speaking. He spent a few days in a wheelchair after he was released. He's since had to drop out of college but will likely be well enough to resume next year.

Obviously how susceptible you are to things like GBS varies from person to person but I thought I'd share what happened to him.

doctors can't actually tell where it came from. They just hear raw milk and assume its that. they've literally said they do this
