My older brother is 195cm so yeah maybe, but anorexia took a toll on my health for sure i got hypothyroidism from it
Actual anorexia will stunt growth, for health and growth its best to stay athletic but not super lean in teen yrs.

I was anorexic from 14 to 16, then at 16 i discovered Aajonous Vonderplanitz and Sv3rige and i started eating raw milk (2 liters for 1$dollar) Raw eggs (5 eggs cost 1$dollar) Raw testicles (1 pair of balls >1$)
Went from 180cm to 192cm, i even grew like 5 cm this year and i am 19 and i still eat this
Wish I did the same thing

I'm in the UK. Average curry my age is 5'10. 5'8 is not good enough. Average white 5'11. I see school kids taller than me by multiple inches.

no i was referring to the bolivian guy; he is 6'3" and im pretty sure they're like 5'6" average lol

Raw milk yes, raw meat no, except for tartar. Bioavailability is neglectable in difference and protein absorption is better when cooked.

My personal daily’s are raw kefir (fermented raw milk) + eggs + 30g liver. Combine that with either ribeye, testicles or calf brain (all gras-fed) lamb also mogs.

The 30g liver is basically a multi vitamin providing you with your RDA in pretty much all major micronutrients.

BUT I fucking cook it jfl, either with grass-fed butter or ghee in cast iron.
 
damn, and here i thought i was only the raw eater in this forum, this is old new for me, next level is to have ur own farm for this
