Some other nutrition tables I found suggest around 5g of Potassium in 3L.
If you are in Europe then 1L is around 1.5 Euro
So you could be spending <5 euros a day to be debloated constantly and not having to eat much more the rest of the day
I was always wondering why I was so debloated after drinking raw milk especially since I thought milk bloated but only the pasteurised garbage does
