I recently traveled out to a farm and got to buy some raw milk. Since drinking like 1.5-2L ive vomited once, had stomach aches constantly and my shit is genuinely the consistency of water flowing in a river. what the fuck do i do

did you really drink 2 liters of raw milk in the first time you drank it

you should start with A2 Raw Cows milk for a couple weeks then do straight Raw Cows milk
 
i mean ive had it ONCE b4 and it was like a glass like 100ml from a friend
idk i had smaller amounts when i first started drinking it last year and i had no issues, are you sure the source is good?

i talked to the farmer and even he said he drank his milk raw and said he milked the cow in the morning and i got there in the afternoon

then it probably is detox like the other guy said, drink smaller amounts and see how your body reacts

start by introducing smaller amounts into ur diet. 2l is a huge microbiome shift for ur gut, hence the ache

how long can i keep ts in my fridge
fermented raw milk might be easier to digest for most people, i fermented raw goats milk for a month, obv it gets sour and changes texture but its fine to drink and it is even healthier, remember no one has the same body as you. only way to actually get answers is to try and see how body reacts

how much did u buy? id suggest dont leave it for any longer than 1.5-2 weeks
this was the one chance i could cause i had to cross borders and take it back to my home country since you physically cant get it in my home country so i bought 15L
 
fermented raw milk might be easier to digest for most people, i fermented raw goats milk for a month, obv it gets sour and changes texture but its fine to drink and it is even healthier, remember no one has the same body as you. only way to actually get answers is to try and see how body reacts
by fermented do you just leave it to go sour? you dont make kefir or yoghurt, just sour milk? crazy

i reckon freeze abt 10 litres, drink the other 5 fresh over the next couple weeks and defrost the rest when you need it

wait thats a great point
you might have to make kefir or yogurt with the rest of it then
whenever i have excess raw milk i freeze it to have later, ill look into the denaturing nutrients

i mean if you bought 15l and drink 1 liter a day it would last for 15 days which is fine. also like i said fermented raw milk is easier to digest for most people raw milk never spoils

sour milk, i left my raw goats milk in my room at rtp for a month and made raw cheese and whey. it was extremely sour but its easy to get used to the taste and enjoy it

someone also told me to drink it room temp instead of cold hope that helps also but i aint drinking any today cause my assholes gone through hell

jfl this sounds so funny and sad at the same time, yes ive seen many people say drinking at rtp increases digestion. you also reminded me of someone talking abt this exact issue ill put the link of the tiktok.

ive done this but it was kefir and i left it room temp for like 2 days so barely anything changed
a month with milk is absolutely crazy

do you eat raw steak? if so, how do you prepare it?
ive been trying to add more to my diet but its super difficult cause of how slimy and unnatural it feels to eat
same thing with raw eggs, i almost vomit each time, but its a bit easier cause its a 2 second thing whereas raw meat takes prep and ages to chew

i eat raw meat and organs but none of that goatis bullshit. i try to follow aajonu's diet with adjustments with how i feel. anyways i just make tartare usually with muscle meat (steak), egg yolks, and pickles. ik pickles aren't the most optimal cuz lots of salt but i love them. for raw eggs idm the taste but the texture is hard to get used to, i just put couple in raw milk and add honey and mix well to mask the texture. for time any raw meal takes way less time to prepare than cooked so its not a big issue

today i tried again with shredded raw steak, almost like a paste, and i put it with some yoghurt and it was much easier to eat + tasted better somehow
for raw eggs i usually mix them with olive oil, lemon and pepper (anything to mask the raw egg taste i cant deal with it) and wash it down with apple, thats made them a bit easier to eat, but i still upchuck into my mouth most times:cry:
im still pretty new to this, so im not up to organs yet, where do you think i should start?

its fine you can pm me if you need more help. honestly the thing with this diet is everyone is extremely obsessed with following someone else. if you don't like it and don't enjoy it theres no reason to force yourself multiple times. 1 to 2 times is okay as reaction might change but if you continuously try it and hate the taste just don't eat it that way. i grew up with eating alot of organs but they were cooked so try to start eating organs cooked and seasoned then slowly try them raw without seasoning and see how you feel about it. the point of eating this way is to have your body the best as it is not everyone has the same reactions to food
