Raw milk is great. Unlucky me it's illegal in my country. I was stuck at 5'6 for 2y but I've grow to 5'8 in this late 6 months.
All I do:
-drink milk(raw milk is the best option)
-i eat 4 raw eggs a day
-i eat fruits (pineapple, oranges, banana)
-i eat both cooked and raw meat
-avoid anything that can disrupt your hormones(fragrance, plastic, polyester clothes, etc...)
-get sunlight everyday for 30+ mins(7am/3:30pm)
-sleep at least 9h+ every night(quality sleep)
-you can go swimming or sprinting, both exercise are great
-walk at least 12k steps a day
-don't stress both physically and mentally
-last is I just believe that I would grow this tall in next month or this year(coping methods)
