how much cm i will get from raw milk in puberty? also what other methods are there to maximize growth at 14?

i grew 3cm drinking 1-2 L raw milk per day in 6 months it might be puberty idk but it worked at 16-17

Faceiq said it can make u taller, theres also alot of nutrients in raw milk so why it wouldnt make u taller? Literally everyone says it can make u tallet if ur in puberty thats why im asking how much cm i can gain from this
