Happend to me when I ate barely cooked meat, an entire week on the toiletIve been drinking 800ml of raw milk daily for 6 weeks now from a good and reliable farm and i store it in the fridge at all times. So far i have had no problems up until now i think. I have been non stop on the toilet with diarrhea for a whole week now and i cant even hold it in anymore bro its to fucking hard
Im only drinking it for calories and the taste tbf

FaceIQ and goatis say u should drink raw milk during puberty to maximise growth but idk, maybe it’s just detoxing like u said who knows do what u think is best
Yeah I know, I will keep drinking for another week, if it carries on I will stop to see if it is the raw milk. For now ima cut out raw eggs I eat them occasionally
same happened to me when i was drinking it first time from random source, change supplier maybe, try to find grass fed grass finished raw milk, maybe even goats milk bcs it’s easier to digest

I’m not sure tbh, some people just can’t process it, it’s either bad source or you don’t have enough of good bacteria in ur gut, try some raw cheese if you can’t tolerate milk
Alright, i must add, the raw milk does say dont drink after 4 days of storing it and im normally still drinking it at 6 days of storage

should i drink normal milk for calories instead or is there no point
