People weren’t living off of only raw milk you fool, they would just kill the cow if it reached to that point anyway

If u eat high-quality raw meat (like steak tartare or sashimi-grade fish) that's fresh and handled properly it is safe. Most bacteria are on the surface, so if the meat is properly sourced and handled, it's relatively safe. Milk often has dangerous bacteria can that multiply throughout the liquid and cause serious infections very quickly, especially in your gut. Unlike meat (where you can trim or sear the surface) you can't isolate bacteria in milk it's mixed in everywhere. There's a reason why kefir and raw milk is illegal in so many states in US.

Its the reason why I dont eat sushi-grade fish cause they pre freeze it and kill all the life inside

And stake tartare because the vegetables are partly antibiotics
