It isn't dangerous if you buy it at the farm bruh I asked the farmer they always drink it, only bad thing is it only can be drank for 4 days so if I buy it I need to drink faster.
Its not super dangerous but in germany it comes with a warning a farm is probably worse

bro usually farmers boil it for 30 minutes at 63° c which isnt pasteurization which is at much higher temp for a few seconds that ruins flavour the former doesnt, but the 30 min one actually kills MORE bacteria
