Raw Milk

I just got an supplier for raw milk, its coming on monday. He and my dad said that we have to boil it first so it can kill all the bacteria, but im wondering that if we boil it would just be almost the same as the supermarket milk. The supplier said that if you dont boil it, theres a chance of getting diabetes, but it would kill some essencials nutrients too and it wouldnt be the raw raw milk anymore. What should i do? drink it raw without boiling it or what

I’ve drank gallons of raw milk and it’s made me feel better than ever compared to pasteurized milk. Might as well just buy pasteurized milk if you’re going to boil raw milk since you’ll lose its benefits.

No it isn't lmao. When I drank pasteurized milk when I was younger it made me severely sick and caused my skin to go shit. I don't get the same problems with raw milk and never get any gut issues with it either.
