Is drinking raw milk safe/worth it? I've heard conflicting information about it and I need a definite answer because ive been drinking it for around 3 months now and it's helped alot. im still scared about getting E coli or something though

if your in the USA most raw milk farms will be checked regularly and have their own website etc . https://www.realmilk.com/raw-milk-finder/

i would recommend find a farm like this on this website closest to you instead of some random farmer in your area even that its still rare to find e coli
