well then they werent healthy retard or you have subhuman immune systemif you don't got an absolutely heavenly source it doesnt have much nutritional benefits. i've drank raw milk from cows i know were healthy and clean and still got sick
I'm gonna try it for the first time tomorrowif you are in development theres nothing better than raw milk
shit ton of calcium and vitamins
taste is different to pasteurised milk its more of an acquired tasteI'm gonna try it for the first time tomorrow
It's 100% grass fed and regeneratively farmedif you don't got an absolutely heavenly source it doesnt have much nutritional benefits. i've drank raw milk from cows i know were healthy and clean and still got sick
i'd say just try itIt's 100% grass fed and regeneratively farmed
Yeah I've been wondering what it tastes like for agestaste is different to pasteurised milk its more of an acquired taste
but you need to take d3+k2 supplements with it to reap the benefitsYeah I've been wondering what it tastes like for ages
I already take 4000ui d3 and 100ug k2but you need to take d3+k2 supplements with it to reap the benefits
Why do you think that it's cope?Cope.
Do not resuscitate this retardbut you need to take d3+k2 supplements with it to reap the benefits
stupid nigger with 0 knowledgeDo not resuscitate this retard
Causes 840x more illnesses and 45x more hospitalizations than pasteurized stuff, even though only about 3% of people drink it.Why do you think that it's cope?
correct, vitamin k2 in particular will guide the calcium to bones"you need to take d3+k2 supplements"![]()
"supplement" keep eating that shit up nigga.correct, vitamin k2 in particular will guide the calcium to bones
maybe do an ounce of research before attempting to argue with me you fucking retard
Yeah but thats only because no one gets sick from pasteurized milk also I'm using a good clean source. Pasteurization denatures a lot of the beneficial bacteria and important enzymesCauses 840x more illnesses and 45x more hospitalizations than pasteurized stuff, even though only about 3% of people drink it.
There are literally NO studies proving it has ANY nutritional edge, no lactose intolerance fix, and no proven immune or allergy benefits over pasteurized milk.
Pasteurization changes almost nothing good in the milk but wipes out the shit that can fuck you up.
People say it just tastes better, and I honestly can't argue with that because it's a preference. Still, it's not an argument.
This logic makes no senseRaw milk good yes
Ram milk good looksmax - no it ain’t gon do shit
That's my point...? It's pasteurized milk. That's why people don't get sick drinking it.Yeah but thats only because no one gets sick from pasteurized milk
It doesn't fucking matter if the source is clean or not. Even certified raw milk farms, grass-fed operations, and those with s-tier hygiene standards still get hit with outbreaks.also I'm using a good clean source.
No, the fuck it doesn't...? Where did you derive this brain-dead claim from?Pasteurization denatures a lot of the beneficial bacteria and important enzymes
dont listen to these retards raw milk is the best thing to drink in developmentThis logic makes no sense
charles darwin awardsdont listen to these retards raw milk is the best thing to drink in development
Farkye & Imafidon (1995) — "Thermal denaturation of indigenous milk enzymes"That's my point...? It's pasteurized milk. That's why people don't get sick drinking it.
It doesn't fucking matter if the source is clean or not. Even certified raw milk farms, grass-fed operations, and those with s-tier hygiene standards still get hit with outbreaks.
No amount of "clean" eliminates the risk because milk leaves the udder open to the dirty farm environment. Dude, these diseases come from cow shit on udders, fecal contamination during milking, infected animals that look healthy, or equipment. Your clean source does not make raw milk safe.
No, the fuck it doesn't...? Where did you derive this brain-dead claim from?
I'm gonna take the risk anyway. Also it's literally a known thing that some nutrients are sensitive to heat lolThat's my point...? It's pasteurized milk. That's why people don't get sick drinking it.

clueless retard awardcharles darwin awards
Link the actual study. I'll debunk you using your own source.Farkye & Imafidon (1995) — "Thermal denaturation of indigenous milk enzymes"
What the fuck does that have to do with what I said? Also it's literally a known thing that some nutrients are sensitive to heat lol
Yeah idk what they're on about loldont listen to these retards raw milk is the best thing to drink in development
I read that last bit wrong but still, it kills all bacteria so it kills beneficial bacteria aswellWhat the fuck does that have to do with what I said?

Is this really your first postShi idk
You absolute FUCKING RETARD.![]()
Effect of pasteurization on long chain polyunsaturated fatty acid levels and enzyme activities of human milk - PubMed
Milk fatty acids, including the polyunsaturated long chain fatty acids essential for retinal function and brain development, are not affected by pasteurization (62.5 degrees C for 30 min). Milk lipases are completely destroyed by pasteurization, whereas amylase lost only 15% of initial activity...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
read table 6
Yeah lmaoIs this really your first post
LolYou absolute FUCKING RETARD.
Why the fuck would you send me a study on human breast milk pasteurization FOR LITERAL PREMATURE INFANTS IN NEONATAL CARE??
Oh my god. So, your source for arguing that ADULT HUMANS should drink raw cow's milk from a farm is a paper about donor breast milk for babies in the ICU.
I wonder what the paper actually says.
View attachment 4932233
So, using your OWN source:
1. Pasteurization doesn't harm the nutritional content.
2. The fatty acids survive fine.
3. The paper's whole point is that pasteurized donor milk is still beneficial.
How do you not realize that you've just sent me a paper that argues pasteurization is literally ACCEPTABLE and the nutritional value holds to defend drinking a pathogen-contaminated liquid??? This is YOUR OWN source, table 6 or not.
The study has nothing to do with raw cow's milk safety. It has nothing to do with pathogens. It has nothing to do with adult consumption. It quite literally supports pasteurization and that it preserves what matters.
Holy fuck, did you even read your own source?
@foidraper398
This is your target audience, by the way, retard.
I think that it's better than pasteurizedWorse than regular milk but I guess if you live in the Mongolian steppe and don’t have access to fire it’s probably better than nothing
It’s better at giving you diarrhea strains that were once localized to the jungles Of the Congo .I think that it's better than pasteurized
