Wow, that’s amazing, I’m glad to hear that you’ve benefited greatly from the natural diet. How old were you when you started though? Also, how long did it take before you started noticing these pleasant changes?
I was 16, it took me only a year, I was also diagnosed with anaemia and mild asthma
Now I dam cured from anaemia, but I still have asthma, I hope it will get cured soon
I am 17 now

Oh yeah, I forgot to add, my brother grew up eating processed foods/very soft foods, he never liked eating meat or hard foods whatsoever, he was also a mouth breather, he’s currently 19 years old and has crooked teeth, extremely weak jawline, and eyes that bulge out of his eye sockets. FYI: His father (My father) is a Chad with high cheekbones and a wide jaw, yet, my brother looks nothing like my father, however, my mother is subhuman so that may play a factor in why he didn’t develop fully.

Yeah I do exercise, this is one of the things that I don’t agree with goatis. We are not living in nature anymore and we don’t have access to raw fresh wild meat which is able to fuel our muscles naturally.
I exercise 3 days a week using only body weight, u can go to gym if u want, I prefer working at home.
If u live a stress free life and eat raw primal, a little bit of workout won’t age u if I am being honest.
Also in return u will get a well built and aesthetic physique which is a good reward and I also like working out if I am being honest, but don’t exceed working out more than 1hr a day and 4 days a week as it might age you

Yeah ur mom’s genes definitely played a role in ur brother’s development, I would say eating raw meat will benefit him, but he will never be as chad as ur father.
For example, growing up I had bad bone structure, but my younger brother who is 13, he eats goyslop, does gaming all day, doesn’t sleep but still has a warrior skull with hollow cheeks and insane eyes, I would say genetics matter more than nutrition contrary to goatis

Yes, same here, it think it’s mainly long distance marathons/jogging that causes the heart to enlarge and or, increase in size, however, I don’t think body weight exercises will cause any damage, especially since you’re literally using your own body weight to train, LOL. What does your calisthenics routine consist of? Push-ups? Pull-ups? Dips? And squats? Do you do Ab work or is it not important? Also. Do you train in reps and sets? Or to failure?

FYI: He did make it clear that the carnivore diet is the root cause of “organ failure” “heart disease” and the “shortening” of one’s lifespan. Is he trolling or just fear mongering?

He is retarded, he might be believing that cholesterol cause heart attack and organ failure which is completely debunked by science and studies.
But too much raw liver consumption might lead to copper toxicity, so u can reduce the amt of liver u are consuming.
He is fear mongering and is following the mainstream advices that are backed by 0 science.
We thrived while consuming animal products and saturated fats.

What’s your take on sun exposure and its benefits on one’s bone structure/skin? Is it all BS or the real deal? Goatis recommends that we get at least 3-7 hours of sun exposure everyday, he claims that a proper diet will prevent the UVA rays from aging your skin.

3-7 hrs might be excessive, what goatis claims is true, proper diet won’t let u age because of the sun.
Research shows that lighter skin have more vitamin D than darker ones.
If u are darker then get more sun exposure, maybe 2-3 hrs.
For lighter skin colour 1-2 hrs is enough.
Earlier yrs, since ozone was prominent, uv rays availability was less and thus more sun exposure was required.
But now, there is an abundance of uv rays so depending on ur skin tone 1-3 hrs of sun exposure is good.

Is there a particular order in which foods should be consumed first or last? Do you recommend eating fruits on an empty stomach and then raw egg yolks, milk, meat after? Or should you eat your raw egg yolks first and then have your fruits, meat and milk after?

Some tribes believe that eating fruit together with meat will help in digestion as fruits contain several digestive enzymes which will help digest meat, in the morning start with egg yolks, milk and fruits.
For lunch u can start with meat and for dinner, eat raw meat and honey, as according to Aajonus vonderplatz, honey has many regenerative benefits
