I found a source for erda but it’s in raw powder form. I don’t know how to handle raws at all and I’m wondering if anyone has experience with raws (especially for erda or orals that are similar) and if you can ask the supplier to make the pills for you.

Raw erda powder is easy. Just buy 0 or 00 capsules and a mg scale and weigh it. The bioavailibitly is basically the same. What you can drink before taking it is grapefruit juice for increased bioavailibility. Once my erda rrives il make a thread explaing how to use raw and make capsules. Should I tag you?

u scoop it on ur tounge, drink water and it washes down, can’t get in ur lungs and is more accurate then most of the micro scales
