Ever since I started Raypeat and increased my sugar intake I have found myself catching colds and mild fevers/sore throaths more often

Ray Peat is great but his idea about sugar is flawed imo. Think he just wanted a cope reason to have what he enjoyed.

Try lactoferrin and amantadine if you want to giga hack your immune system. I haven’t had a flu or anything really in 2 years
