Idk it says nutrition for women, but a male and woman liver is same so..? Do this for thyroid
Nigga i cant do this tho, i cant squeeze that much oranges everyday its a pain in the ass. And i dont have anywhere to buy organic orange juice. U need like 10 oranges for a liter of juice
