Flared gonion cant really be created like that tho, not that natural looking. Not with implants and not with fillers. Fillers might look like that for the first 1 month post injection- filling in the eyebrows with minox + microneedling, or a makeup alternative (brow pencil, microblading, etc.)
- refining the nose tip & columella with a rhinoplasty
- shortening the philtrum and increasing upper lip height with a lip lift
- augmenting angularity & width in the chin, gonions, and cheekbones with fillers
- exercising your neck to make it thicker

While other users may want to deny HTN status to the end result, this is to me a clear blueprint to significant aesthetic improvement, a subtly enhanced version of yourself, without any unreasonable risk involved.
Do you have reliable examples in videos & photos of fillers' evolution over time, ideally in the jawline area ? I'd be curious to see how the contour loses its sharpness & shape gradually.Fillers might look like that for the first 1 month post injection
Nope, but yea fillers are probably the best bet for itDo you have reliable examples in videos & photos of fillers' evolution over time, ideally in the jawline area ? I'd be curious to see how the contour loses its sharpness & shape gradually.
can u do ts with my face but morph it as if i got a palate expander- filling in the eyebrows with minox + microneedling, or a makeup alternative (brow pencil, microblading, etc.)

I dont know anything about rhinoplastys is there an option to only modify the tip of the nose because I feel like there arent any other issues with it( maybe there is and Im just blind but tell me pls)A rhino would be highest return
Not really, but your bridge doesnt have any visibility which makes it look a little weird.I dont know anything about rhinoplastys is there an option to only modify the tip of the nose because I feel like there arent any other issues with it( maybe there is and Im just blind but tell me pls)

here are 3 examples of filler in jaw with flared gonions that look natural though i have no clue how it develops which is a good point don't you think if you use Radiesse since it works as a biostimulator your body will start to produce its own collagen around the filler helping it?Flared gonion cant really be created like that tho, not that natural looking. only place worth getting filler is jaw for angularity and chin for width nothing else if you judge the 2nd image where only work was done for that you can see how it's honestly one of the most natural and subtle filler b/a i have ever seen. Use ears for reference if you think distortion is the issueholy fucking lens distortion
another good example lens may be distorted but if you use ears to measure you can see how it's a good resultholy fucking lens distortion
honestly best bet is probably physique halo and height halo. Most of yall rated me MTN/HMTN, but tell me what I need to reach HTN could be invasive as well as non-invasiveView attachment 4754468
I agree i was just laughing at the lens distortion. Idk why they always make it so obvious tho yk. it is annoyingonly place worth getting filler is jaw for angularity and chin for width nothing else if you judge the 2nd image where only work was done for that you can see how it's honestly one of the most natural and subtle filler b/a i have ever seen. what about for lips or uneven lips etc? a little bit would go a long way on lips, no?only place worth getting filler is jaw for angularity and chin for width nothing else if you judge the 2nd image where only work was done for that you can see how it's honestly one of the most natural and subtle filler b/a i have ever seen. I did another morph with reduced flaring in the jaw angles (taking into account @lurking truecel 's comment) :Thank you so much man this helps a lot
A palate expander will have little to no visible aesthetic impact on the face as a whole, thus making morphs irrelevant. Combined with braces, it will mostly improve your smile.can u do ts with my face but morph it as if i got a palate expander
You will find a detailed answer here : https://looksmax.org/threads/need-surgery-advice.1767959/#post-25355471how do you do morphs like this
better to do HA or radiesse in the jaw?Nope, but yea fillers are probably the best bet for it
No idea lolbetter to do HA or radiesse in the jaw?
from what i have seen the nice angularity dies down after a couple weeksi have no clue how it develops
can i message you and can you do a morph for me?Considering the large number of male patients being treated with fillers, it's crazy that you can't easily pull such data.
We can't even rely on professionals offering the procedure, as they almost exclusively publicize results achieved immediately after injection, or 2-4 weeks after, once it has settled and shows optimal volumizing effect. Add the usual camera tricks to make results more dramatic, and this data becomes useless.
The lack of transparency is really tiresome.

The result is a bit less striking, but it doesn't change my initial suggestions.
Just for fun, I tried to achieve a strong and undeniable HTN face, without consideration given to surgical/anatomical limitations.
In order to reduce midface length, I lowered the eyes. I then increased your mouth width and lips fullness. This comes on top of the alterations suggested in my initial post.

I've seen many male models with worse harmony and angularity. If that's not HTN-worthy, I don't know what is. If we stop thinking with these vague categories and replace them with a statistical distribution, this face could reach top 1 %. Unless you live in Agartha, Mogsville, or any place with an unusual concentration of good-looking people, you'll see very few 17yo with faces on that level.
Anyway, that was just a funny little exercise in facial aesthetics to illustrate how a few small changes can lead to great overall improvement.

Don’t listen to the losers on the forum. One quick glance at you and it’s pretty obvious that even with lens distorsion you’re looking better than average. Most of yall rated me MTN/HMTN, but tell me what I need to reach HTN could be invasive as well as non-invasiveView attachment 4754468
