I haven't had any caffeine for a while, started making my heart pound out of my chest at night. Had one today and I feel like shit, genuinely insane how much of a difference it makes, can't believe I was drinking these things for years and not realizing how bad they actually felt.

and people drink them as a pre workout lmao. imagine putting that much stress on your heart. no wonder so many people die of heart attacks at a young age. theyre either on roids or caffeine
