As you can tell from the name of it, it’s so incredibly blackpilled and based. Im only on chapter 10 but it’s been an easy and fun read so far. It’s kind of everybody’s fantasy here lol.

She was a minor character that appeared for 1 arc at chapter 450 I think. I cannot post images for some reason rn, but it was incredibly based as a concept. The surgeon views ugly people as better looking, because they are different/ unique. She wanted to look better. He gave her what she wanted. Ironic if you think about this forum too.
