I’ve been thinking about hopping on my first cycle and recently got a blood hormone panel done to show where I’m at before hopping on, I wanted to see if anyone on here could read it & give advice/pointers on if my levels are normal or not and if I even need to hop on.
For context, I’m 23M at roughly 20% bf, pretty active and work out about 7 times a week with a focus on weightlifting. I don’t track my diet that well tbh but on an average day I get about 50g of fat, ~120 g protein (0.75 grams per lb bodyweight), and about 100-200g carbohydrate, which is a bit my caloric maintenance requirement as I've slowly been gaining weight. One important note is that I’m currently taking 1mg/day of finasteride and 2.5mg/day of minoxidil for my hair, so my DHT should be fairly low. I admittedly have reduced libido from when I started fin, but for me it's worth it to keep my hair.
Here are the panel results:
The reference ranges provided are from Quest Diagnostics, but the company I purchased the lab through (mylifeforce; they have a sale where they're giving these tests out for only $25 if you're interested) is saying that my Free test, DHEA-Sulfate, and IGF-1 are all very low. It also said my levels of albumin and SHBG were very high, and that my lymphocyte & TSH levels were a little high. I'm going to take the results to a doctor but I wanted to see if anyone on here had feedback on if anything is abnormally high/low (I have no clue what most of these biomarkers even do so I have no idea).
