I literally and I MEAN LITERALLY did everything I possibly could to botch the fuck out of my puberty. All until 8th grade I was eating the most disgusting goyslop known to man. Everything I ate was processed. I was eating 2 packs of ramen with hot sauce for dinner, microwave popcorn, candy, fast food, anything that was terrible for you, I consumed. I barely got any sleep. Had LED lights in my room that I would sleep with on, fucking up my circadian rhythm.
Poor sleep, diabolical food, and also high stress. This was during Covid and for some reason I was so stressed out from school. I don’t know why everyone else didn’t give two fucks but then there was me, stressing for literally no reason. It gets worse. The summer before highschool (literally the summer where you can grow like 3 inches) I decided to fucking STARVEMAXX. I ate fucking ice for breakfast lunch and dinner. On top of that, I did hours and hours of cardio, stair master, walking, biking, jogging. I was stressing my body out so fucking bad when it was prime time to grow. So yeah I botched my puberty guys. Don’t worry I am still 6’1 with my dad 5’11 and mom 5’2. But still I could have been like 6’4. Brutal
