Readmaxxing elevates my brain definitively and assuredly, Hitler read for a year straight once doing nothing else and he turned into a giga high IQ mastermind. Literally read 16 hours a day, read at work, read yourself to sleep, read first thing in the morning, endocrinology, the integuement, biochemistry, read it all, read some more, then keep reading.
