The real stuff isn't going to do a lot until mid 30s and up but senescent cell removal, plasma dilution, calcium AKG and NAD+ precursors are probably the best things.

Rapamycin is pretty strong but supposedly dangerous for your health if you don't get the dosage just right.

I don’t use any right now, I keep my skincare simple with tret, sunscreen and moisturizer. But I know the ordinary has a copper peptide solution and they’re a relatively cheap brand with good quality products.
