Not necessarily UEE per se but recessed supras like I have are basically death. You will have huge UEE, and fat (natural or through grafts if you don’t have much) will only fill the area with soft tissue and give you an Asian monolid look which is gross. Implants in that area (the ideal solution) are very expensive and risky I think. Only Cilian Murphy can pull them off due to blue eyes and bone structure.
