Listen to me,
supplements, biohacking, or reading books or other stupid things will NOT increase you raw brain power, this bullshit things will not increase you IQ

There are barely things that can increase raw brain power.. since thats is pure genetics + very environomental (0-9 year old, and when you were in you belly etc....)

I will explain how to use you existence brain power to the highest capacity

Concentration lol, learn how to concentrate on a task, this skill can be learn be doing it.. if you cannot concentrate on a 2 hour task, you are mental retarded

More things that can help in increasing you concentration
1. stopping with watching porn (wreck dopamine receptors)
2. meditation (this can 10000x improve you concentration)

Fixing brain fog etc.. can also help (that is mostly caused by diet, since you are looksmaxxing , you should have a good diet and never get brain fog)

wow great effort. thx. qi is kind of paying attention to patterns, so the more you fry your brain in dopamine, the worse it will be to pay attention in little things of your environment. lately my reasoning has been complete shit. i used to be kind of smart

you need to visual things in you head to imagine stream, and i cannot do that, i cannot think with imagines in me head (part of me brain is damaged)

The only way i can fix that is
1. Practicing a modified version of imagine streaming
2. Practicing imagine exercises lool
