Real Estate is all about looks

First post on here, thought I'd start this off with a discussion.

I've been wanting to work in Real Estate for a long time now and I've recently come to the conclusion that it's all about looks. I used to cope my way out of it and think that you just needed to present yourself the best way verbally and you will succeed in Real estate but its really all about the Looks.

Went into a local Agency near me to enquire about getting a job there and everyone there was MTN and above I don't actually think ive seen a Real Estate agent this is LTN and below. LMK what you guys think about this, if you had any similar experiences.
