I’ve had the dream to be in real estate for many years specifically property development and then go on too land flipping and owning hangers and renting them out anyone got any advice on if there any major “do’s and don’t’s” within the line of business and anyone that has has past experience or is currently working in it can you give me tips and if it is a stable and good idea to get into.
