Im not asking whether or not its feasible or worth it to get lf2/3. Im wondering if its theoretically possible to do something close to this with lf3 + implants + orthodontics.

absolutely disagree lol, in this image they didn't set back the jaws at all (if thats what ur getting at). lf1 cant create nasal projection on someone who isn't downgrown/downturned nose
