Currently have a recessed lower third, taking braces and class 2 elastics to fix an overbite, but the recession is likely skeletal at this point, it's genuinely putrid are there any ways other than surgery to fix this. Photo is a few months old, ramus definition has increased but recession remains roughly the same. Would bonesmashing work? Maybe thumbpulling as well to fix the downward growth im not sure
