Realesticlly what would happen if I completely fake a Resume?

What if I fake a resume by adding fake experience putting a different university than the one I graduated from but actually improve my interview skills and apply for jobs?

What if they call the fake uni to do a background check

Nothing, unless they check then they just reject you, it’s not a big deal, most of my resume is inflated and extended past reality
