You won't get anywhere without that realisation. My inadequacies are vast and I totally understand why someone would end up having a problem with me.

You have to try to change it though you might be resistant because you think 'why should I have to change for them?' The reason is because u are abnormal and therefore something is wrong with you. If you don't fit the norm then something is wrong with you that makes you different to everyone else.

It's easy to pass this off as sentience vs npc masses or whatever but the reality is YOU have the problem whether justified or not and so its you that needs to change not the world. The world will never change but you can. (neurotransmitter quality may be varied)

Piece of shits cannot change their brain for a good one. Good people can turn bad, but I rarely see it the other way around in nature, but you can at least change your cognitive behaviour, even if inside of you theres temptation to do smth else...
