Hey guys, what is realistic body i can achieve naturally at gym?

Can you post some pictures? I'm quite skinny now, 70 kg, 6'1, average frame

3 months is barely noticeable to your body composition naturally

being tall it takes longer to notice results. 3 months wont do much
