In about a year or so I'm going to get a trimax for a malocclusion. My doctor also recommends malar implants. He wants to do maxillary advancement with mandibular setback and a genioplasty. Realistically, how much better would i look? I know I need to get lean as well, ive lost 60lb this year so far so I know that. Sorry if this is formatted weird or sounds weird, im kinda a mega sperg.
