Realistic Bench Press goal

Recently just hit 190 on bench do you guys think 225 by July is a reasonable goal my bench has gone up 20 pounds in the last month , idk if it’s just because I’ve been consistent with training and eating or if this kind of growth will slow down
 
if you’re a beginner to the gym and have good genetics it’s completely possible

i’m an advanced lifter i would say and i jumped my bench from 285-315 in about 2 months (running PPLDUP program)

Push-Pull-Legs Daily Undulating Periodization

which is just a fancy way to say a PPL where 3 of the 6 days you do heavy lifts, and 3 of them you do lighter (lower RPE as well)

there was a study that showed to show a large increase in strength gains compared to a regular PPL; however the hypertrophy is relatively the same

but it did help jump my bench
