i cant tell the diff either other pic was better for telling the difference you are pretty blessed though good nose browridge good philtrum i think your good to go i would rather than diying something at home maybe get a chin implant

its not even that bad your not recessed neither overly projected i have almost same side as you same nose browridge just my gonial angle is diff and my chin is maybe a bit more projected
