Can post more angles in dm for Anyone knowledgeable or interested but the middle isnt drawn on at all. The corners are lowered about 0.5-0.75cm each and i’ve slightly enchanced temples. This should be under 2000 grafts but make a huge difference in my day to day life.

I’ve found a surgeon i’d want but he has yet to respond.

I have plenty of pics from younger and my forehead has always been shit. I have a similar hairline to my mother which is a natural Windows peak althoigh her forehead is smaller

I shave like once every week just to keep it lookin clean. I could probably go months without doing it but then i’d get a few hairs being quite long.

I dont have very much body hair at all tbh. Facial hair is also quite weak and i have 0 signs of side Burns and some minor growth in chin and top lip but growing out would look rly bad as its still not very prononced at all despite the hairs being pitch black.

Its much harder to notice untill its too late though which is the problem and chances are a hair transplant to fix your now fucked density isnt going to be able to save you as often as say a norwood 3 hairline without thinning.

Yup. my father and grandfather have a similar pattern (they're Indian though) so their hair loss is practically unnoticeable unless you deliberately try to expose the scalp, still have a fine head of hair in 50s and almost 90 respectively

I'm sure ketoconazole shampoo + ru58841 with drastically delay androgenic alopecia by a decade if used as a preventative measure earlier on

Check your hairline every month just to stay safe.

My grandfather is nw2 now at 80 and his hair is thick for his age.

My dad however inherited the balding genes from his mom which is apparant as her brother is also bald.

From my research there is no perfect indicator but about 60% of the balding genes gets passed on through your mom so If she has a brother thats the most accurate thing to look for. From the irl ppl i tested this theory on it has so far been true.
