When these guys were doing bodybuilding there were no steroids but they were using cocaine as a fat burner. even these are not fully natural.

you probably won't even reach that because your testosterone levels aren't as high as in early 20th century men

second ones trapezius is over natty achievable.
third ones chest and shoulders are unnatural
