I haven't rated myself ever, I've just told myself I'm high ltn (which i consider average in europe and above average in non-western countries), said this to myself to avoid attatching my value to my appearance, cause that can lead to a dangerous path pics from long hair, dyed it black with bad...

Currently 17 years old, saving money slowly but surely and by the time i'm 19-20 I should have around 10-12k (EUR) to spend on surgeries (considering I still need to spend a majority of my money due to my future career)

Considering the budget, what are some good surgery ideas that could help me ascend? and what rating could I ascend to?
