What PSL will be after FULL looksmaxxing?

5- with stroma
5.5- stroma and rhino
5.7- otoplasty
 
Currently I'm a 4PSL probably. Once I fix Skin and get to 8% body fat I hope to be 5PSL
 
3-4 at Best j Guess
