As per the title header.

Can they never go above a certain PSL? What's your take on it?
 
how manlet? I mean Tom Cruise is a psl 9 sex symbol
 
i think 5.5-6 is fair

Psl 9 is as high as you can go. I mean he is hollywood richest man an he got a perfect face..
He is 5'7 which i think is the bottom

Height effects SMV not psl.
Psl is part of the looks package, which along with status and money makes the SMV

depends on what you classify as manlet, 5'5 and under 5 psl. 5'6-5'8 6 psl. 5'10+ sky's the limit
 
Depends on how manlet someone is.
Sub 160cm will need Chico or O'Pry face to compensate it.
160-165 range can be 6psl
165-170 can pull 6.5psl
170-175 can be 7psl
You can't be 8psl being sub 180cm honestly.
